There is a 2 car driveway for parking and a front private sunny yard lined with redwood trees and ferns.

Inside the house is small and quaint. The kitchen has all the basic amenities for cooking. There is not a lot of inside seating, just what you see in the photos, however , great outside space to relax.

We have the Arcata Community Forest right next door. Go on a long hike or a short walk and soak up the redwood forest
